My Observation on Learning Resource Center

My analysis

1. were the learning resource/materials arranged properly according to 
    their functions and characteristics?
–  As I observed, all the learning materials are well arranged and all are functioning.
Their different facilities/materials are easy to locate.

2. Do the guidelines and procedures facilitate easy to the materials by the teachers? 
Why? Why not?
–  Yes, it helps big to the teachers especially when they teach their students.
It makes their teaching more easy and can easily understand to the students.

3. What are the strengths of this Learning Resource Center?
– since their school has a subject about technologies the students taught about
different function of the technology.it is important that the students will be aware and
they know how to use the different technology. It also help to make things easy
for both teachers and students.

4.What are its weaknesses?
– if they don’t have enough facilities or they have only limited materials to be used maybe the students will be left behind of what happening in our worlds today and if there are limited instructor to facilitate the learning of the students.

5. What suggestions can you make?
– The school should have additional space for improving and upgrading the room and laboratories for the learning of the students and elevator to help them to go easy to their rooms/lab.


My reflections

1. Which of the materials in the learning resource center caught your interest the most? Why?
–  It is not new for me to see materials/gadgets like in pcc because I always saw it from other schools and even here in our school we have also that materials to use.

2. Which gadgets/materials are you already confident to use/operate?
– maybe, the computer for me is one of the gadgets that I know how to operate and use..

3. Which ones do you feel you need to learn more about?
– I think most technologies available in their school I really want to know. on how to operate and how to manage it well so that I can use when needed.

Importance of technology in education

     Technology is very important in education especially we are now facing in the modern and upgraded world. People can use technology in different way: in a good or in a bad way ,and its up to them how they are going to manipulate and use technology. but one thing is for sure technology nowadays is very helpful and useful tool that help many people like in making business and managing business,teaching and also for students learning.It is important that technology should be teach in all schools so that they  will know and aware on how to use in a proper way. for the teachers it help them to lessen the work and hassle free. when it comes to teaching,it is more easy to explain the topic with the use of technology like PowerPoint aside from easy to prepare and its is more lively in presentation students will be more active in participating the class. for the students we are now facing in the competitive world.of technology. students must learn now how to use technology this is a one way of improving students learning skill and can be more competitive in terms of education.

If our country want to have a progressive country, people should be aware in different technologies that's why it is important to have a policy that every school should have technology so that they will teach them on how to operate and manage computer,or the educators have to impart knowledge about new  technology and let them involve not just looking by the book at least they are aware what happening in our world and we can compete to others progressive country.
